Exchange Policy:
We have a 15-day return policy for store credit only. Sale items and cut yardage may not be exchanged. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be exchanged. All exchanges must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Exchanges that have a smoke odor will not be exchanged and returned to customer at customer's expense.
Club membership and Block of the Month fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy:
We charge a $5 fee for any canceled orders after the order has been shipped.
